Philip J. Poulin

Philip J. Poulin, 63, of West Warwick, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, November 6, 2023 surrounded by his loving family at Rhode Island Hospital.

Born in Providence, a son of the late Wilfred and Theresa (Beaulieu) Poulin.  He was a lifelong resident of West Warwick.

Phil loved spending time with family, especially his grandchildren.

He is survived by three children, Christopher J. Poulin of West Warwick, Melissa K. “Missy” Gerzevitz, RN and her husband Peter of Johnston and Matthew P. Poulin, (Central Coventry Fire Dept.) and his wife Nicole of West Warwick; six grandchildren, Haylee, Paige, Elana and Tanner Poulin, Susan and Lucas Gerzevitz and four siblings, Larry Poulin, James Poulin, Robert Poulin and Jackie Demoure.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend his funeral on Saturday, November 11, 2023 at 9:30 a.m. in the PRATA-GALLOGLY Funeral Home, 78 Providence Street, West Warwick followed by a funeral home service at 10:00 a.m.  Interment will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, Burlingame Road, West Warwick.  Visiting hours Friday, 4:00-7:00 p.m.  Information and condolences, please visit: www.PrataGallogly.com
